Community & Student Relations Intern

A day as...

Your day starts with a brief meeting with the Marketing & Community team. This week, an "Open Stage" event is being organized "by" and "for" students, and you will be the helping hand during the event. Afterward, you meet with the students organizing the open stage in the student lounge and go through the event checklist with them. You reassure them and project confidence so they know it will be a successful evening. Next, you dive into calculating the monthly results, such as student satisfaction and their engagement with the Casa Community. After lunch, you take a walk around Casa, chat with some students about new collaboration ideas, check if the posters for upcoming events are up-to-date, and hear from colleagues at the front office that a student is looking for you with some questions. After a dynamic workday, it's time for an after-work drink with your colleagues. Cheers!

You are...

• A true enthusiast!

• Someone who can naturally promote parties and activities;

• Someone with a smooth talk and a creative mind;

• You are currently studying at a university of applied sciences (preferably in communication, marketing, or hotel management);

• You are available for at least 5 to 10 months;

• You speak and write fluent Dutch and/or English;

• You are proactive, eager to learn, social, and a true team player.

Your responsibilities...

• You are the first point of contact for Buddies;

• You organize a monthly gathering to evaluate and make new plans;

• Event planning & organization;

• Communication with students via, among others, WhatsApp;

• Preparing posters and being responsible for the vlog;

• Connecting and motivating students!
