Group Reservations and Revenue Executive

A day like...

You’ll start with the weekly arrivals check and handling urgent emails, but your day quickly shifts gears. One moment you’re assisting a guest with a single room booking, the next you’re securing a block of 50 rooms. You might lead a tour where the rooftop terrace view seals the deal, or make sure an engaged couple gets extra care. Through your warm communication, you’ll build lasting relationships with repeat group bookers. No two days are ever the same!

• Enthusiastic, super hospitable, and have a keen sense of what your guest is looking for;

• Analytical thinker who can distinguish between main issues and side issues;

• Decisive and bold, able to make well-informed decisions;

• Innovative, spotting opportunities to improve and acting on them;

• Proactive, going the extra mile to make service more personal

• Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written;

• Organized and extremely precise in all tasks;

• Experience or affinity with hotel group reservations

Your responsibilities...

In this role, you deal with everything related to group room reservations and revenue.

• Taking room reservations (mostly group reservations and sometimes individual);

• Planning and organizing groups on arrival with any accompanying dinners;

• Making contracts for groups;

• Answering all guest questions by phone and email to prepare for their stay;

• Building a relationship with our regular guests and tour agents;

• You will be able to provide room prices for big groups and do some revenue tasks ( Pick up, Forecast, Contracts..)
